Supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations to cultivate wellbeing, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change through psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and consulting.
The lands and waters that have shaped my life have also shaped my understanding of reconciliation.
I currently live and work on the traditional territory of the Anishinabek Peoples, including Nipissing and Dokis First Nations. I was raised in Sudbury, spent countless summers along the French River and in Chelsea, Quebec, and have lived and worked on the traditional territories of many Indigenous Nations across what is now called Canada.
For much of my life, I moved through these places without fully understanding the histories they carried. Today, I recognize that the lands where I learned, worked, played, celebrated, and built community are Indigenous homelands with histories, cultures, and relationships that long predate my presence here.
As someone of settler descent, I remain committed to learning through Indigenous-led teachings, relationship-building, and ongoing reflection. Reconciliation is not a destination for me, but an ongoing practice of listening, learning, and considering how I show up in relationship with the people, communities, and lands that have shaped my life.
