About Natalie

Smiling woman with curly hair in white blouse poses confidently.

For nearly two decades, I have worked alongside children, youth, families, professionals, and communities across mental health, education, healthcare, and community settings. Throughout that time, one question has remained at the heart of my work:

                                                What helps people thrive?

My professional career began in direct mental health care, where I witnessed the profound impact that relationships, environments, and systems can have on wellbeing. Again and again, I saw that people's struggles could not be understood solely through an individual lens. Our health, resilience, and sense of belonging are shaped by the families, communities, cultures, institutions, and social conditions that surround us.

This curiosity led me back to graduate school, where I completed a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Education and Cultural Studies. Through this work, I explored how relationships, culture, systems, and social environments influence human development, identity, and wellbeing.

Along the way, both my professional work and my own lived experiences taught me that healing rarely happens in isolation. Growth often begins when we develop the courage to examine the stories we carry about ourselves, others, and the world around us. It emerges through curiosity, reflection, accountability, connection, and compassion.

Today, my work spans psychotherapy, clinical supervision, consulting, facilitation, and systems leadership. While these roles may appear different on the surface, they are connected by a common purpose: helping individuals, professionals, organizations, and communities create the conditions that allow people to flourish.

My approach is grounded in the belief that wellbeing is not something we achieve alone, nor is it something that can be reduced to individual effort or personal willpower. Wellbeing emerges through connection—connection to ourselves, to one another, to culture, to community, and to the environments that sustain us.

Whether I am supporting an individual through psychotherapy, mentoring a clinician, facilitating organizational change, or helping communities strengthen systems of care, my goal remains the same: To help create spaces where people feel seen, valued, connected, and capable of becoming more fully themselves.

Because wellbeing is not about perfection.

It is about connection.

Connection to ourselves.
Connection to one another.
Connection to the communities and environments that support us.

And ultimately, connection to our shared humanity.
